House

House : First step of being a Billionaire, Change the Place you live in

One of the first things you surely have already wished, if you become a billionaire is to build or buy a magnificent house. I know it is a materialistic wish but who cares? You are a billionaire now; you are able to think about it! Which person has never dreamed about living in a house which is worthy of the greatest Hollywood actors?

Let’s have a look at the house of the well-known actor Mr Will Smith.

"Pretty small, right?"

This property located in Los Angeles would be about 42 million dollars. There is a garage that can host eight cars! I let you imagine which kind of cars there is inside. With 60 acres of land, it is far too easy to get lost.
Actually, Mr and Mrs Smith are selling this house, maybe because they are sick of getting lost in their own house. Then, billionaire trainee, any interested?

Okay, I get it… maybe you are not interested in having such a big house and you are more a “view-lover”. If you would love to live in a house that overhang a great city such as Los Angeles, I will advice you to have a look at the amazing villa that the Swedish DJ and producer Avicii acquired two years ago for 15 million dollars. Much cheaper than the Will Smith one, but the view is stunning.

"Can you imagine having a party in this house?
You will obviously feel like you are the boss of the city."

Let’s leave aside the city of Los Angeles a little bit. Why not going to France for example? Do you recognize this property?

It is called the Miraval Castle; it is located in the south of France in Correns and is owned by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie since 2008. It is also a 30 acres vineyard. They purchased it for the modest sum of 35 million euros.

Have you made your choice? As far as I am concerned I would pick the Avicii’s house because I already live in France and in my opinion the Will Smith’s house looks more like a resort than a house. What about you, which are the houses you always want to live in?
